Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
     

2. Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after your order is processed.

  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.
     

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check our homepage or social media for updates.
     

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
 

5. Delays & Exceptions

  • Carenms is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll assist in locating your package.
     

6. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@carenms.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it promptly.
