At Carenms, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.
 

2. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

    • In its original packaging with all accessories and tags included

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.
     

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
     

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us at contact@carenms.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
     

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
     

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at contact@carenms.com.
 

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

  • If the product was defective or the wrong item was sent, Carenms will cover the return shipping cost.
     

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check with your bank or credit card provider (processing times may vary).

  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at contact@carenms.com.
